The Accelerators release three track E.P. (and it’s a killer!)
Hailing from the south coast of the U.K.,The Accelerators have recently released their highly anticipated ‘Bad Advice’ E.P. which is available now on all the usual streaming platforms.
Also available on CD direct from the band, it kicks of with the title track ‘Bad Advice’, which introduced by rasping guitars, followed by the introduction of drums, keys and brass in what is a brief but excellent build up before launching into some fast paced ska loveliness that makes you want to get up and dance. A more than solid start!
The aptly titled ‘Good Vibe’ is up next. True to its title, this track delivers infectious ska beats combined with heavy, funk-infused basslines and robust brass backing. The synergy of these elements produces an overwhelmingly positive energy that truly lives up to the track’s name, offering great vibes all around.
Finishing off the triumvirate is ‘No Easy Way Out’, which definitely has a Northern Soul feel about it, whilst retaining good old ska credentials, resulting in a unique and memorable listening experience that highlights the band’s versatility while staying true to their roots.
